Post-stress awareness

Things I remember after stress:

Even cereal tastes better when I take the time to enjoy it.

Allowing others to interfere with sleeping time is just wrong. Same goes for letting them raise my blood pressure and general anxiety levels.

Writing is therapeutic. Therefore it would make more sense to write in desperate times instead of avoiding it.

Exercise is not time away from work, but rather, a great way to clear my head and feel better.

I should always find time to enjoy the summer, no matter what my circumstances.

I am incredibly grateful for those people in my life that tolerate my agitation and give me encouragement. Without them I'd probably find myself lost in a caffeine-induced exhaustion.
